More than 30 years ago, the Hotty brand became a familiar name across Egypt. In the middle of this success, Mostafa Mahmoud realized that the piercing world needed its own dedicated space—safe, private, and built with international standards. That’s where the journey began.
In 2009, Mostafa founded Hotty Piercing Clinic together with his skilled relative, a talented piercer who helped shape the clinic’s success. Together, they became two of the strongest and most reputable piercers in Egypt.
Later, Doha Akmal joined as the clinic’s marketer, elevating the brand to a whole new level and turning it into one of the most recognized piercing names in the market
