Return Conditions

• Customers can return the piercing within 14 days, provided it has not been used or damaged.
• The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for the return.

Inspection & Refund

• Once the piercing arrives back to us, it will be inspected by our team.
• If it is in perfect and unused condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Inspection at Delivery

• Customers are allowed to open and check the piercing upon delivery before completing the payment.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال (مختصر)

• يمكن استرجاع قطعة الثقب خلال 14 يوم بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وغير متضررة، مع تحمّل العميل رسوم الشحن.
• بعد وصول القطعة إلينا يتم فحصها، وإذا كانت بحالة مثالية وغير مستعملة يتم إصدار مبلغ الاسترجاع.
• يحق للعميل فتح وفحص القطعة عند الاستلام قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.
